Companies that trust usApparel manufacturers and clothing brands that already run their production on Confeccionando.

Confeccionando is cloud-based management software for apparel manufacturers. It brings together the tech pack for every style, sales orders by size and color, staged production (in-house or at sewing contractors), fabric and materials inventory by lot and warehouse, the cost of every garment, barcode-based shipping and point of sale. It is developed by Kondory Tecnología S.A.S in Bucaramanga, Colombia.
Drag the slider to compare how an apparel manufacturer is run today with how it runs on Confeccionando: the order, the fabric, the sewing contractors (satellite workshops), the cost and the shipment.

One single flow, no re-keying: each step feeds the next.
Paso 1
Size range, main and secondary colors, components, and materials with their consumption and costs. If the garment comes from pattern making, the approved pattern becomes a style in one click.
Paso 2
The sales rep enters it in the quantity matrix or imports it from Excel. When it's created, the customer, the person who entered it and the administrators get the order as a PDF by email.
Paso 3
One per sales order or grouped by style. When cutting starts, the system checks that there is enough fabric by color and warehouse, and won't let an order start without material.
Paso 4
Cutting deducts fabric by lot, first in, first out. External stages are assigned to a sewing contractor, even by component, and go out with their service order (PDF). You define the stages and their sequence.
Paso 5
A finished goods lot is created, finishing materials are deducted and barcode labels are printed on a thermal printer or as a PDF.
Paso 6
A barcode scanner or the phone camera prevents unit errors. Partial shipments are allowed, each shipment is numbered and the data is ready for your accounting software.
Modules connected to each other. You turn on the ones you need, and each person sees only what applies to them.
Fabric, thread, buttons and labels with their consumption, the waste allowance percentage and the value taken from the lot or the yearly average.
One row per style and color, one column per size. The template blocks entries in sizes the style doesn't come in, and production orders can be created in the same step.
Each store with its own warehouse, configurable VAT (included in the price or not) and the option to sell without stock on hand.
Scheduled, in-progress and completed orders, units in production, units produced and active stages.
Contractors with tax ID (NIT) or national ID, city and the processes they handle: sewing, embroidery, printing, washing, buttonholes and buttons.
Materials plus fixed cost, markup factor by collection and profit percentage, with pricing by size group.
Record the supplier invoice with detail by material and color, or import lots from Excel with a pre-check and rollback.
Code 128 in ZPL, TSPL or PDF, with each market's label design, and generation of any missing labels based on stock.
Contract manufacturing, your own clothing brand, uniforms and workwear, or a growing workshop: the same system is configured for your operation, with no custom development.
When you sew for other brands, your margin depends on hitting the delivery date and knowing exactly what each order costs you. Confeccionando gives you both.
From collection design to sales in your stores: a single source of truth for pattern making, production, inventory and sales.
Large orders, many sizes and deliveries in batches: the kind of operation where a single data-entry error gets expensive.
Knowing how much fabric you have, how much each style uses and what each garment costs you is the first step to growing without losing money.
Pricing for domestic, export and big-box retail markets, conversion to US dollars in the tech pack, and labels by market.
Size ranges by category (baby, kids, adult) and different prices for smaller and larger sizes.
Roles and permissions by screen: you decide what each user sees and can do.
Management
Production and shipping dashboards, more than 40 charts, order fulfillment, inventory by warehouse and payments to contractors.
Production
Supervisors and operators move only the stages assigned to them and leave a record of what they did.
Sales
The sales rep sees only sales orders: they fill in the quantities by size and color, and the customer receives the PDF.
Point of sale
The cashier sells from the store's own warehouse, handles store credit with installment payments and closes out the register.
