Contract apparel manufacturing software for factories that sew for other brands

When you sew for other brands, your margin depends on hitting the delivery date and knowing exactly what each order costs you. Confeccionando gives you both.

What it is

Who it's for and what it solves

In contract manufacturing, every client arrives with its own style, quantities by size and color, and delivery date. Problems start when that information is scattered across messages and loose spreadsheets: fabric gets cut without enough on hand, you lose track of what is at each sewing contractor (satellite workshop), and you invoice without knowing what it cost to produce.

Confeccionando records each client's sales order in the size-and-color quantity matrix, turns it into production orders and tracks every production stage, whether in your plant or at a contractor. The dashboard flags which orders are stalled and, with the Business plan, each order shows its true cost, stage by stage.

Yes. Each sales order belongs to a client, with its branches and payment terms, and reports show what is pending shipment by client and by style.

The tech pack calculates material costs at the actual value of the lots used. With the Business plan, each production stage also adds labor cost per minute, machine usage and what you paid the contractor, and the cost report shows the total and the cost per garment.

Yes. Production stages can be internal or external; external stages are assigned to a sewing contractor, even by component, each with its own PDF service order.
